Adults on how K–12 schools should handle AI advances in the U.S. 2024, by age
As of March 2024, a total of 55 percent of U.S. adults aged 30 to 44 stated that K-12 schools should focus on teaching students how to appropriately use artificial intelligence (AI), compared to 45 percent of those aged 18 to 29. Conversely, 18 percent of the 30 to 44 age group and 23 percent of the 18 to 29 age group favored preventing AI use in schools.
