UKI Connected Banking - Winning the race for relevance with banking customers
Accenture's 2014 Financial Services Customer Survey is a part of the series of studies of financial services in the UK. These studies have been conducted since 2008 and provide a comparative overview of the current state of banking services and clients´ satisfaction as well as predictions for the future. The study published July 2014 is informed by online survey of more than 3,000 respondents, who are current account holders in UK banks. It focuses specifically on the future of banking as well as the digital revolution in banking, such as client digital behaviors and interaction models. It offers suggestions for ´winning the race for relevance with bank customers´.
