What should Congress be investigating?

Now that the Democrats have control of Congress, a whole world of possibilities has opened up to them. One avenue they can now explore is the ordering of investigations. There are many options on the table, and many valid targets the Democrats could pursue, but what do voters think should be their main focus? According to a Morning Consult survey, the top priority for Congress ought to be the president's use of a personal/not protected cell phone.
