Online travel platforms boost hotel business
In a 2020 survey of 598 small and independent hoteliers in the EU that was conducted by EY Parthenon, almost all respondents indicated that online travel platforms increased their visibility to customers worldwide. Furthermore, 91 percent agreed that they were able to generate more bookings by being listed online.
