Always Ready, Rarely Used?

Almost everyone has one, but how many actually take advantage of that assistant we carry around with us every day? According to the Deloitte Global Mobile Consumer Survey, 61 percent of UK smartphone owners don't use their voice assistant. Of the 28 percent that do, the most common reason for use is to search for general information. While the novelty of this technology is still there, 10 percent say they use it for amusement purposes.
