Where you're most likely to get penalty points in Ireland

Drivers living in the commuter belt around Dublin are far more likely to incur penalty points than those in other parts if Ireland. That's according to statistics released to Sinn Féin TD Peadar Tóibín by the Road Safety Authority (RSA).
