Favored consumer review channels of people aged 15 to 25 years in France in 2019
The survey asked the young French generation aged 15 to 25 about the types of platforms they would access to read consumer comments about a product or service in 2019. Most of the respondents (34 percent) referred to e-commerce websites. More specificaly, Amazon played an important role for 27 percent of the sample, followed by Google reviews (23 percent).
