Reasons for intending to cancel subscriptions to SvoD streaming services Vietnam 2021

According to a survey on subscription video on demand (SvoD) conducted by Rakuten Insight in May 2021 in Vietnam, among respondents who would like to unsubscribe to SvoD services in the next three months, 42 percent of them stated that the price increase was their reason for canceling their subscriptions. Quality of the content was the second-most popular reason for such a decision.
