Means to cope with mental health issues in Spain 2022
According to a study conducted in Spain in 2022, changing routines and habits, such as sleeping more, exercising, or eating healthier, were the selected means to tackle mental health issues by nearly one-third of respondents. Meanwhile, around 17 percent reported performing self-development activities, including reading self-help books or doing relaxation or mindfulness activities. However, more than half of those interviewed reported not doing anything specific to cope with mental health issues.
