Customer experience satisfaction of property and casualty insurance in the U.S. 2023
In 2022 and 2023, customer experience satisfaction among property and casualty insurance customers in the United States was the highest for mobile apps. The American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) gave a score of 83 out of 100 for the quality and reliability of mobile apps. Between 2022 and 2023, the customer experience benchmark remained relatively consistent for most aspects of the customer experience, except for billing statement clarity, which saw an improvement of four percent.
