Customer experience satisfaction rate of the healthcare industry in the U.S. 2023
According to the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), consumers in the U.S. were more satisfied nonhospital care compared to hospitals. In 2023, the consumer satisfaction score for nonhospital care in the United States was 81 out of 100 points, an increase of eight points compared to the previous year.
