* The source adds that cancer registrations in England can take up to 5 years after the end of a given calendar year to reach 100% completeness, due to the continuing accrual of late registrations. The data has been assessed as 98% complete and published figures are likely to increase in future publications when late registrations are included.

Figures are for all cancer registrations except non-melanoma skin cancer (NMSC), as NMSC is very common but is known to be underreported.
