Canada's Best Employers 2018

Which employers have the very best reputation among their workers in Canada? Forbes and Statista decided to find out by conducting a survey across 25 industries. This involved asking 8,000 Canadian respondents at companies with over 500 employees two key questions. Firstly, would they recommend their employer to a friend or family member? And secondly, would they recommend another employer within their industry?

This year, Google was ranked Canada's Best Employer, something that probably doesn't come as too much of a surprise considering its reputation for perks and benefits. Kruger Products offers its employees a competitive saalry as well as flexible benefits and pension plans. It comes second on the list of Canada's best employers, followed by Hydro Quebec.
