Who Dominated the 4th Democratic Debate?

The fourth televised Democratic debate, which involved twelve 2020 candidates, took place last night in Ohio. The subjective analysis is still ongoing, but what we can objectively measure is who dominated the air time the most. The Washington Post recorded the number of minutes spoken by each candidate. Elizabeth Warren, having experienced a recent surge to the top end of the polls, was also in the lead here with over 23 minutes. Fellow front-runner Joe Biden was quite a way back with just 16.6 minutes.
