Impeachment

Americans Already Made up Their Minds About Impeachment

It seems like Americans have already made up their minds about impeachment. According to a recent poll by NRP, PBS and Marist, 65 percent of Americans said they could not imagine any circumstances or information coming out of the inquiry that could still change their minds about whether President Donald Trump should be impeached or not.

A majority of U.S. adults therefore does not really care about what was being said at the two days of hearings in Congress today and yesterday. Yet, almost 60 percent of Americans have said that they were following the proceedings “very closely” or “somewhat closely”. Americans are almost equally split on whether the president should be impeached.
