According to research published by LinkedIn, up to 75 percent of U.S. companies offer their employees some form of cash bonus. If you're on the hunt for a new job with a healthy bonus included, look no further than investment banking. In 2016, investment banking associates and analysts took home an average bonus of $100,000 and $45,000 each respectively. Surgeons took home the second-highest bonus last year, an impressive $60,000 on average.
