Majority of Americans Oppose Weakening the EPA

U.S. President Donald Trump has taken aim at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), whose powers he wants to curb for standing in the way of business. According to a report by Reuters, many Americans actually want this organisation to be strengthened, most of which are leaning Democratic or Independent. While 22 percent of Republicans agree, 31 percent want the agency weakened or even eliminated.
