Waterproofing is the S8's Biggest Draw

Samsung's latest flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S8, has largely been very positively received ahead of its U.S. release today. Hailed by some reviewers as 'nearly perfect', 'the future of smartphones', and 'downright beautiful', it's fair to say the S8 is a much-anticipated device!

Of all of the apparently good reasons to splash out on the premium-priced phone, a recent survey by Morning Consult suggests that the biggest draw for customers is actually the S8's waterproofing. A total of 61 percent of respondents said that this feature means they are 'somewhat' or 'much more' likely to take the plunge.
