Most of the buildings pre-certified, certified, and registered by the International WELL Building Institute were offices as of April 2024. The area of offices certified or registered by WELL amounted to over a billion square feet. Shopping centers, supermarkets and other retail spaces in the registry amounted to 381 million square feet.
