As of April 2024, Paraguay had the highest incidence rate of dengue cases per 100,000 people among all Latin American and Caribbean countries. During that period, Paraguay reported approximately 3,102 cases per 100,000 people. Brazil and Argentina followed, with approximately 2,300 and 693 cases per 100,000 people, respectively.
