The beer market in the U.S. has been shifting because of the craftiness of microbreweries. However, the craft beer movement has lost a little of its alternative appeal with big breweries jumping on the band waggon and producing what is known as “mass craft” as opposed to “true craft” which is brewed in relatively small batches to the delight on connoisseurs, or beer sommeliers.
