The research projects that top clubs are set to lose some €7.2 billion in revenue. Of that figure, €3.6 billion is expected to be lost from gate receipts, €2.4 billion will be lost from sponsorship and commercial deals, while €1.2 billion worth of broadcasting revenue will also be lost.
