Nato capability reductions & cost cutting. A step too far?

According to a report by Roland Berger, Nato forces have endured drastic cuts over the past decade and a half. There was a 75 percent decline in main battle tank numbers since 2000 in the militaries of France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom .
