The British cities with the slowest broadband speeds

Which cities in the United Kingdom are surfing at a snail's pace? According to uSwitch, Hull has the slowest broadband speed of any British city with the average connection coming in at 12.42 megabytes per second (mbps). Aberdeen is better off with 15.67 mbps but still comes second last. At the other end of the scale, Middlesbrough came first with lighting fast connection speeds of 34.46 mbps.
