Where Europe's school students smoke the most

We all knew that group during our school days. The group who would spend their lunch breaks down by the shed smoking cigarette after cigarette. Maybe some of us were even part of that group. It's most prevalent in Italy, Croatia, Liechtenstein and parts of Eastern Europe such as Romania and Bulgaria.
