According to the ONS, top managers and senior officials have the best-paid jobs in the United Kingdom with average salary before tax coming to £85,285 annually. Aircraft pilots and flight engineers have the second most lucrative jobs at £84,968 every year while air traffic controllers round off the top three, earning an average of £80,043 each year.
