Anti-Muslim assaults in the US are at 9/11-era levels
According to a Pew Research Center analysis of FBI hate crimes statistics, physical assaults against Muslims in the US are reaching 9/11-era levels. In 2015, there were 91 such assaults, a considerable increase on the 56 recorded in 2014. Back in 2001, the year of the 9/11 attacks, that number hit a high of 93. Read more in the indy100.
