UK real estate transaction volume on the wane
From H1 2015 to H1 2016, the big losers in Europe terms of real estate transaction volume were the economic powerhouses of Germany and the UK. With volume share reductions of 1.8 and 7.5 percentage points respectively, the two countries were the only ones to see a major fall over this 12 month period.
