Major Tobacco Firms by Enterprise Value
The third largest player in the worldwide tobacco market, British American Tobacco (BAT), has announced to take over the fourth largest firm Reynolds Tobacco. BAT had already been a major stakeholder (42.2 percent) of Reynolds and now wants to pay $49.4 billion for its complete acquisition.
