E-commerce: usefulness of payment features in France 2020

As the multiplication of delivery method options and time slot displays were considered important for French consumers in 2020, their expectations regarding information on online payment options, methods and implications to be provided when ordering online have also increased. For almost 65 percent and 52 percent of the sample, e-commerce sites displaying a secure payment guarantee and a list of all possible payment methods were the most useful.
