Most used payment methods in online transactions Indonesia 2022

A 2022 survey on digital app users in Indonesia found that approximately 81 percent of respondents used digital wallets as a payment method when making online transactions, the highest prevalence among the other methods. Only around nine percent of respondents used credit cards for online payments.
