Where GB house prices are increasing the most

According to data from Zoopla, as reported on by City A.M., the place in Great Britain which has seen the largest average house price increase this year is Sidcup in Kent. In January, the average price for a home in the area was £406,729 and as of March this had risen by 2.89% to £418,490. Also among the places with the largest growth is Heathfield in East Sussex and Wallngford, Oxfordshire with 2.87% and 2.84% rises respectively. The majority of the biggest growth occurred in the south of England, although towns in Lancashire and West Yorkshire were also present in the top ten.
