Across the United Kingdom, house prices appreciated the most in Liverpool as of December 2022. In a year, house prices in Liverpool rose by almost 11 percent, approximately 2.5 percent above the average house price increase in the country. Aberdeen was the only city that saw prices decrease by one percent.
