Berlin is experiencing a steady influx of businesses and people. The demand for offices in Berlin has therefore grown rapidly in recent years. The office rental market is tense, but real estate providers have responded. In 2019, around twice as much new office space will be completed as in previous years, in 2020 almost four times as much and, by 2021, a total of around 19 million square feet will be finished as this infographic made together with Berlin Partner shows.
