UK Duck Sales Are Flying

This infographic shows the year on year growth in fresh meat and poultry sales in the UK. data has revealed that most sub-sectors saw either small growth or decline on the previous year. Duck, however, saw a huge 41.8 percent rise to 37 million GBP. Beef still leads the way in terms of outright volume, though, with 2.1 billion GBP in sales.
