The globe's most energy-efficient economies

According to the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE), Germany is the most energy-efficient country worldwide. The analysis looked at 16 different economies, taking fuel efficiency standards for cars, power efficiency standards for household appliances and energy consumed to heat a square foot of a building all into account.
