AI-powered shopping assistants can be used in many forms. From chatbots to voice assistants, they appeal to online consumers worldwide, a 2023 survey showed. 35 percent of surveyed consumers found that this type of tools interesting, as they helped in discovering new products or services. One-third of respondents mentioned convenience as a key aspect and the same percentage even believed AI-driven shopping assistants anticipated their needs or desires.
