The broadband providers getting the most complaints

Most of us have had at least one bad or frustrating experience with our home broadband. Sometimes the service cuts out when you're watching Netflix, or the download speed tanks as you try to get your hands a new game from Steam. For some more than others though, these kind of things happen with a frequency or severity which prompts them to make a complaint.

In Q3 of 2017, Ofcom says this was most often the case for Talk Talk customers. For every 100,000 customers, there were 30 complaints made to the provider. This may not sound like much, but when considering the average is 18, and that Sky boasts only 7, it doesn't really look good for the company.
