With an average of almost 59,000 Dollars of annual net income, Swiss citizens are the richest within the OECD. Even though Germany ranks fourth when it comes to gross income, due to their extensive social security system and a high-income tax, Germans only rank 11th on the OECD ranking right behind Belgium and the U.S.
