How today's kids listen to music

Four percent of, presumably very cool, British kids say they normally listen to music using vinyl. While the vinyl resurgence has built up a lot of steam in recent years, that is nevertheless a somewhat surprising amount of 8 to 15 year olds. Far less surprising though is the most popular medium cited by the YouGov survey respondents - 63 percent of which said they normally listen using their mobile phone. The second most popular was radio (36 percent) and joining the by now 'old school' mediums, 16 percent said they still listen to good old-fashioned CDs.
