The UK Leads The Way In Movember Fundraising

Movember, the annual month-long moustache growing marathon, kicked off around the world at the weekend. Aimed at raising awareness of men's health, the Movember foundation raised an impressive $120 million across the globe in 2013. The craze has gained serious mo-mentum since it was developed in Australia in 2003, with 969,188 men participating last year alone.

Out of all nations involved, the United Kingdom raised the most money, some $31.97 million followed closely by Canada with $30.91 million. Movember's home nation of Australia completed the top three with $23.25 million while the United States came in fourth, raising a grand total of $21.85 million.
