Where in the UK a rape a claim will end in prosecution
According to the Crown Prosecution Service, alleged rape victims are three times more likely to see their attacker prosecuted in some parts of the UK compared to others. For example, 28 percent of rapes in Lancashire ended in conviction in 2014/15 compared to just 8.8 percent in nearby Cheshire. Read more on the Independent.
