UK house prices still on the up
Since the post recession low of 154,452 pounds in March 2009, the average house price in the UK has been plotting a generally upward course. Despite a period of relative stagnation from 2010 to the beginning of 2013, house prices are now almost 60,000 pounds higher on average than they were in March '09.
