As recently revealed by the website RENTCafé, the amount of space you get for your monthly rent in the US varies hugely from city to city. No major surprise there, but which of the major US cities offer the best value for money? As this infographic shows, with a monthly budget of $1,500, the average abode in Philadelphia will offer a roomy 820 square feet - a whole 549 more than the traditionally cramped New Yorkers.
