Which U.S. metropolitan regions are posting the highest rates of startup growth? According to data released by the U.S. Census Bureau last week, Elizabethtown in Kentucky had a growth rate of 4.3 percent, the highest nationwide. In 2014, 9 percent of its total businesses were classified as new (under a year old).
