Thailand: average spending per foreign medical tourist by category 2019

According to a survey conducted on health tourism in Thailand from February to June 2019, the sampled medical tourists stated that they would spend an average of around 184 thousand Thai baht on medical services in Thailand. In comparison, the average spend per trip for one medical tourist on entertainment and recreation would be three hundred Thai baht.
