Magazine Luiza: number of marketplace sellers 2017-2023
Since its launch in mid-2016, Magazine Luiza's marketplace has seen tremendous growth in the number of sellers using the platform. In 2023, the number of sellers on the Brazilian e-commerce site stood at around 340,000. That figure represents an increase of almost 31 percent over the previous year when Magalu recorded 260,000 sellers. In addition, in 2023, Magazine Luiza's e-commerce accounted for 72.3 percent of the company's total sales.
