What you do
- Lead, mentor, and motivate an analyst, providing guidance and support to ensure team cohesion and productivity
- Coach and develop team members to uphold our quality standards in data handling (from collection to evaluation), methodological knowledge, and project management
- Support and grow the acquisition and development of new ideas:
- Identify compelling topics.
- Create compelling methodologies and concept documents
- Present confidently in meetings and negotiations with media partners
- Manage worldwide top-list and ranking projects:
- Confidently engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Reliably lead project teams
- Ensure high-quality data analysis
- Deliver compelling presentations of results/methodologies to clients and partners
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve departmental goals and objectives, efficiently managing resources and project timelines
- Lead by example, embodying Statista's values and standards of excellence in all interactions and initiatives
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, sociology, psychology, communication sciences, or similar field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience with challenging research projects (preferably in empirical market research), with prior leadership experience being desirable.
- Proven track record in managing challenging research projects effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and fostering positive relationships at all organizational levels.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English; additional language skills are advantageous.
