Your job

What you do

  • Implement services using modern Java frameworks such as Spring Boot on a globally accessible cloud infrastructure utilizing AWS Fargate or Lambda,
  • Support CI/CD pipeline implementation, infrastructure setup, and monitoring using CDK, Terraform and Datadog,
  • Collaborate with frontend engineers, product owners, and QA engineers within a cross-functional product development team,
  • Own end-to-end responsibility for software lifecycle: design, programming, code reviews, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance,
  • Provide support and mentorship to junior team members, helping their development within the team.
Your skills

Who you are

  • Completed training in IT or studies in computer science or comparable,
  • Years of backend development experience in Java,
  • Experience with Java microservice frameworks,
  • Experience working in agile teams,
  • "You build it, you run it" – mindset,
  • Experience in cloud platforms and infrastructure automation like AWS with CDK is a plus,
  • Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German is an advantage,
  • Nice-to-have: experience in frontend technologies like React with Typescript.
