The UK's least favourite high street shops

A new survey of customer satisfaction by Which? has revealed the UK's favourite high street shops. At the bottom end of the scale with a 50 percent rating is WHSmith, followed by Homebase/Bunnings with 53 percent. While criticised by WHSmith for the number of customer ratings included for its stores (586), the BBC reports that the shop has now been in the bottom two for the last nine years of the survey.
